Friction Tester

Purpose
To calculate the coefficents of friction between the phone and various surfaces.

Features

  • Uses Accelerometer
  • Uses Gyroscope
  • Calibrates to flat surfaces
  • Finds both static and kenetic cofs

Possible Features
  • Changing the tolerance of the program
  • Changing the mass in the program to attach to phone to other devices

Instructions
  1. Start the program.
  2. Place the phone on a flat surface.
  3. If calabration is needed, press menu "Calibrate".
  4. Press "Start".
  5. Gently tilt the desired surface until the phone slips.
  6. To retest, press "Start".
  7. To quit, press menu "Quit".
